Job summary

Link-Force Ltd in Stanford-le-Hope, Essex, is seeking an experienced Groundworks Foreman to oversee all site activities. You will supervise and coordinate groundworks teams, plan daily workloads and allocate tasks to operatives and subcontractors.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent knowledge of groundworks procedures, and a solid understanding of health and safety regulations to ensure work is completed on time and to high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Groundworks Foreman or in a similar supervisory role.
• CSCS Card is essential.
• Excellent knowledge of groundworks procedures and health & safety regulations.
• Ability to plan, organise, and oversee day-to-day site operations.
• Strong leadership skills to supervise and coordinate operatives and subcontractors.
• Good communication skills for effective site management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate groundworks teams and subcontractors on site.
• Plan daily workloads and allocate tasks to operatives.
• Supervise excavation, drainage, foundations, concrete works, ducting, kerbing and paving activities.
• Ensure work complies with health & safety standards and quality expectations.
• Report progress and issues to site management and stakeholders.

Link-Force Ltd is seeking an experienced Groundworks Foreman for an ongoing project situated in Stanford-le-Hope, Essex. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all site activities which includes supervising and coordinating groundworks teams, planning daily workloads, and allocating tasks effectively. You will be expected to manage onsite operations related to excavation, drainage, foundations, concrete works, ducting, kerbing and paving. Ensuring that all work adheres to health and safety standards, is completed on schedule, and meets quality expectations will be fundamental to your role.

• Proven experience as a Groundworks Foreman or in a similar supervisory role
• CSCS Card is essential
