Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Contracts Manager (Groundworks) to lead nationwide groundworks projects from the Solihull office, with regular site travel across the UK. You will manage around five projects concurrently, coordinate labour, resources and RAMS, and ensure programmes are followed and issues resolved promptly.

The ideal candidate will have proven groundworks management experience, strong IT skills (Excel and Bluebeam), and be willing to travel nationwide to sites as

• Experience managing groundworks projects.
• Commutable distance to Solihull office and willingness to travel nationwide.
• IT knowledge with Excel and Bluebeam.

• Manage nationwide groundworks projects.
• Oversee around 5 projects concurrently depending on value.
• Organise labour, resources and materials for upcoming projects.
• Oversee RAMS and programmes to ensure projects stay on track.
• Based out of Solihull office with nationwide site travel.
