Qualifications

• Must have legal right to work in the UK.
• CSCS Labourers card required.
• GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C or above (or equivalent) required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with clearing and preparing construction sites.
• Support the installation of drainage systems and utilities.
• Learn how to excavate and prepare foundations.
• Assist with preparing surfaces for roads, pavements, and structures.
• Safely load, unload, and move construction materials.
• Follow all site health and safety procedures.
• Work alongside experienced Groundworkers and Supervisors to develop industry skills.
• Attend apprenticeship training and complete coursework as required.
