Job summary

Construction, Property and Engineering is seeking a Groundworker with a Forward Tipping Dumper ticket for an ongoing project in Eaglescliffe, Stockton-on-Tees. Immediate start on a long-term site.

The ideal candidate will have strong finishing works experience and be capable of operating the dumper as well as performing general groundworks, with a CPCS/NPORS card and right to work in the UK (UTR for CIS).

Qualifications

• Valid CPCS or NPORS Forward Tipping Dumper ticket.
• Strong background in general groundworks with finishing works.
• Knowledge of site safety protocols and risk management.
• Full PPE and right to work in the UK with valid CIS UTR.

Responsibilities

• Finishing Works: carry out high-standard finishing groundworks (kerbing, slabbing, edging, reinstatement).
• Machine Operation: safely operate the Forward Tipping Dumper on site.
• Site Prep & Drainage: assist with pipework, shallow drainage, and sub-bases prep.
• General Groundworks: support the team with hand digging, leveling, and site clearance.
