Job summary

Harper Construction Recruitment is seeking an experienced Groundworker for an ongoing project in Brimsmore, Yeovil. The role offers competitive hourly rates and weekly pay, with CIS payments optional. Start date is Monday 24 August 2026 and duration is ongoing, on a busy site.

The successful candidate will perform all aspects of groundworks, maintain a clean and safe work area, and follow health and safety procedures while contributing to a professional site team.

Qualifications

• A valid CSCS card is required.
• Own PPE and tools are required.
• Previous experience in a similar groundworking role is preferred.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out all aspects of groundworks as required.
• Maintain a safe and tidy working environment on site.
• Follow site health and safety procedures at all times.
• Work efficiently as part of the site team.
