Job summary

Ballycommon is seeking an experienced Skilled Groundworker to join our team on a new build housing project in Leighton Buzzard.

You will manage all groundworks on site, including foundations, drainage, kerbing, slabbing, and finishing tasks while upholding site health and safety standards. The ideal candidate has prior residential groundworks experience, two references, and Right to Work in the UK. CSCS is preferred and PPE/tools are required. Immediate start with ongoing work and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Groundworker on new build housing
• 2 checkable references & Right to Work in UK
• Be reliable and punctual
• CSCS card (preferred)
• Full PPE and own tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Full PPE (Hard hat, High-vis, steel cap boots) to be worn on site at all times
• Immediate start and ongoing work
• Weekly pay

Responsibilities

• All aspects of groundworks on new build housing sites
• Preparing and laying foundations, drainage, and services
• Kerbing, slabbing, concreting, and finishing works
• Working to site health & safety standards
