Job summary

Bowercross Construction Ltd is seeking an experienced Groundworker to join our on-site team. You will carry out a range of groundworks on construction sites, ensuring safe, efficient work and high-quality results. Key requirements include CSCS card and Dumper/ Roller tickets (essential); CPCS/NPORS plant tickets are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Site preparation and clearance
• Digging trenches, foundations, and drainage systems
• Laying kerbs, slabs, concrete, and tarmac
• Operating plant machinery (if tickets held)
• Assisting with pipe laying and ducting
• Working to site health and safety regulations
• Supporting other trades as required

Requirements

• Previous experience as a groundworker
• CSCS card (essential)
• Dumper and Roller ticket (essential)
• CPCS/NPORS plant tickets (desirable)
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential)
