Job summary

Genius Money Limited in Swansea is seeking a construction general labourer to assist with foundation trenching, site setup, and safety implementations. You will help erect barriers, signs, and huts while supporting excavation activities on site.

You will also read and interpret drawings and specifications when required. Applicants should have at least six months of experience and may need a Construction Plant Competence Scheme (CPCS) card for plant operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in a similar role.
• CPCS card may be required for plant operations.

Responsibilities

• Dig trenches for foundations.
• Set up a site including barriers, safety signs and huts.
• Provide excavation support to fellow construction professionals.

Digging trenches for foundations, setting up a site, putting up barriers, safety signs, huts, etc. Providing excavation support to other construction professionals and interpreting the use of drawings and specifications where necessary.

You may need a Construction Plant Competence Scheme (CPCS) card if involved in plant operations. Minimum 6 months experience.

Health & Safety for the position:

Co-operate with all Health and safety requirements from main Contractor.

PPS/Tools required for the position:

Protective footwear must be worn. Hard hat, protective goggles, gloves and high visibility clothing.
