Grounds & Site Maintenance Team Member
We’re a growing business, always developing our parks, services, and facilities—and we’re looking for people who want to grow with us.
As part of our Grounds & Site Maintenance team, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our parks looking their best—safe, welcoming, and well‑maintained for our guests and holiday homeowners. This role is all about being Brilliant at the Basics: taking pride in your work, paying attention to detail, and making sure every space is well cared for.
Salary: From £12.21 per hour
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week
Working Pattern: 9am – 5.30pm
Our Grounds & Site Maintenance team are the hands‑on heroes of the park—keeping everything safe, tidy, and looking its best. From well‑kept gardens and play areas to holiday homes, decking, and facilities, you’ll make sure our guests enjoy a welcoming environment from the moment they arrive. Whether it’s siting caravans, fixing decking, mowing lawns, or keeping paths clear, no two days are the same.
We’re looking for someone practical, reliable, and ready to get stuck in. Experience in a similar maintenance or grounds role is ideal, but if you’ve got the right attitude and are quick to learn, we’ll give you the support you need. Skills such as joinery, plumbing, or landscaping are a big advantage. You’ll need to be organised, hardworking, and comfortable working outdoors in all weathers. A valid driving licence is essential.
