Job summary

Supreme Recruitment is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Operative for a site in Laleham. The role involves outdoor work Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm, with a focus on lawn care, hedge maintenance, weeding, and general site upkeep.

The ideal candidate will have prior grounds maintenance experience, be physically fit to work outdoors in all weather, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Immediate start is available with weekly pay.

Responsibilities

• Grass mowing and lawn maintenance.
• Hedge trimming and pruning.
• Weeding flower beds, pathways, and landscaped areas.
• Weed spraying in accordance with health and safety procedures.
• Maintaining the yard where plants are stored, ensuring it is clean, tidy, and well organised.
• Watering plants and carrying out general plant care.
• Sweeping and clearing leaves, litter, and debris.
• Operating mowers, strimmers, hedge trimmers, and weed sprayers safely.
• Keeping the site clean, safe, and presentable at all times.
