A local government body in Nottingham is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to lead teams maintaining parks and public spaces. Do you take pride in keeping Nottingham’s parks, estates and public spaces clean, green and welcoming? We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to lead frontline teams in delivering excellent public realm services across the city.
In this key role, you’ll oversee daily operations across a range of sites, including HRA estates, highways and parks, ensuring our green spaces are safe, attractive and well maintained. You’ll manage a team of up to 20 operatives, support training and development, and work closely with contractors and partners to achieve the highest standards of service.
