HL Services (London) Ltd is looking for a Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to lead operations across multiple sites in Uxbridge. You will manage a hands-on team, ensure high service standards, and develop staff through coaching and supervision.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in grounds maintenance is essential.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Relevant horticultural qualification.
• Experience using grounds maintenance tools (mowers, strimmers, hedge trimmers).
• PA1 & PA6 spraying certificates preferred but not essential.
• Strong health and safety knowledge.
• Self-motivated with leadership by example.

Responsibilities

• Organising and managing the Grounds Maintenance team across sites.
• Carrying out general horticultural and maintenance duties.
• Liaising with clients and producing reports.
• Ensuring high standards of health & safety compliance.
• Monitoring performance and identifying service improvements; supporting team productivity and quality.
