Job description

Commercial Landscaping offers a wide range of services, most of which incorporate soft landscaping works and ongoing grounds maintenance following the completion of the main contract.

A full UK driving license is crucial for this role.

Key requirements and tasks

• Soft landscaping skills of a high standard (planting, turfing, etc.)
• Experience with the use of machinery (hedge cutters, strimmer’s, rotary lawn mowers, etc.)
• Sole working required for many of our contracts; therefore, candidates should possess the confidence to work independently using their own initiative.
• Some out of hours working during winter months for gritting.
• Completion of daily record paperwork, including highlighting any future requirements.
• Ensuring works vehicle is kept in good order and all equipment is present and operational.
• Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed.
• Good people skills.

Experience required

• Previous employment within the soft landscaping / grounds maintenance industry.
• Horticultural experience.
