A local housing association is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Operative for a temporary contract lasting 6 months. This role involves delivering high-quality grounds maintenance services, operating horticultural machinery, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate should have a manual driving licence, good physical fitness, and experience in grounds maintenance work. This position offers a salary of £28,560 pro rata per annum and opportunities for training and development.
We are looking for a Grounds Maintenance Operative for an 6 month FTC who will deliver a high-quality effective grounds maintenance service within agreed timescales to all CHP properties in the CHP Portfolio and our partnership agreements including sheltered schemes communal areas and individual properties ensuring CHPs land is maintained to a high standard to meet customer needs.
This contract will finish on the 31st of March 2026.
