Your Housing Group is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join a small, dedicated team in St Helens. You will perform grass cutting, shrub pruning, weed control, and a range of landscaping tasks across multiple sites in the northwest, maintaining safety, quality and customer care.

The role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a salary of £27,976 per annum. A comprehensive benefits package includes a contributory pension, healthcare plan, holiday entitlement, and discount schemes.

Qualifications

• Experience in grounds maintenance and landscaping.
• Full UK driving licence (or equivalent).
• Ability to work outdoors and in varied weather conditions.

What is this role exactly?**This is an exciting opportunity for aGrounds Maintenance operative based in St Helens to work on various Your Housing Group sites across the northwest.As a Grounds Maintenance Operative, working as part of a small and supportive team, you will use your previous experience to deliver grounds maintenance, landscaping and environmental services to Your Housing Group’s customers, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety and customer care at all times.We are looking for a passionate and experienced grounds maintenance operative who can carry out a high standard of work.**What will my working week look like?**Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm.
