Pinnacle Group Limited is seeking a diligent Grounds Maintenance Operative to keep outdoor spaces well-maintained and visually appealing. You will join our grounds maintenance teams based in Slough and travel to sites across Slough, Bracknell and Reading.

The role is full-time and permanent, working 8am–4pm, Monday to Friday. A full UK driving license is required. We offer a supportive, values-driven environment with access to development opportunities and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• Driving licence is a must.
• Experience using gardening power tools.
• Knowledge of health and safety legislation and procedures.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Responsabilités

• Drive company vehicles and transport plant, machinery and equipment.
• Maintain grounds: grass cutting, debris removal, hedge trimming.
• Use gardening tools and ride-on machinery.
• Perform basic flower bed maintenance.
• Spread salt and grit to keep pathways safe.
• Maintain vehicles and gardening machinery.

Pinnacle Group are looking for a diligent Grounds Maintenance Operative to ensure our outdoor spaces are well-maintained and visually appealing. You will be joining our Grounds Maintenance teams that are based in Slough and travelling to sites across the Slough, Bracknell and Reading areas.

Our Soft Facilities Management division delivers essential services to homes, schools, universities and public sector organisations – including housing providers and blue light authorities. We focus on creating clean, safe and welcoming environments, with a commitment to quality, community impact and customer care.. Your responsibilities will include mowing lawns, trimming hedges, planting, weeding, and general landscape upkeep of housing sites (new builds, extra care sites and sheltered accommodation).

You will have a keen eye for detail, be physically fit, and possess a strong work ethic. If you are passionate about creating and maintaining beautiful, safe outdoor environments, we would love to hear from you.

This is a full time, permanent position, working 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.

Due to the nature of this role, a full UK Driving License is required.
