Job summary

Bromford Flagship LiveWest is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Operative to help keep our communal spaces welcoming and safe across the Gloucester and Stroud area.

You will work with residents from diverse backgrounds, operate grounds equipment (training provided), and travel between sites. A Basic DBS and a UK driving licence are required, with van sharing common; we value independence, teamwork, and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• DBS check required due to secure environment.
• UK driving licence required (van sharing common).
• Experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping, or willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
• Comfortable using technology and basic mobile devices.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service to residents.
