Job summary

Professional Personnel Management Ltd is recruiting for an Assistant Grounds Maintenance Contracts Managers role in the Telford area. You will assist the contracts manager with tasks and be required to travel as needed within the region.

The position requires horticulture qualifications and several years of experience in grounds maintenance, with supervision experience and a valid driving license. A permanent, full‑time role offering a 32k–33k package plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Formal horticulture qualifications listed or comparable ones considered.
• Experience with corporate or local authority grounds maintenance preferred.
• Minimum 4 years in grounds maintenance experience.
• Experience supervising people and coordinating teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist contracts manager with day‑to‑day contracts tasks.
• Travel within the region to sites and ensure delivery standards.
