Join Our Team Business Support Officer (Grounds Maintenance)

About the Role
We’re looking for a Business Support Officer to join our Streetscene Greenspaces & Pest Control Service, supporting the effective delivery of our Grounds Maintenance operations. This is a key role providing comprehensive administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth service delivery.

Working as part of a collaborative team, you’ll handle a variety of tasks including processing orders and invoices, managing timesheets, maintaining records, and supporting project work. You’ll also play a vital role in customer serviceliaising with colleagues, partners, and members of the public to resolve enquiries and maintain high standards of service.

What We’re Looking For
You’ll bring experience in administration and clerical work, with strong IT skills across word processing, spreadsheets, and databases. You’ll be highly organised, able to prioritise and meet deadlines, and confident in supporting projects from start to finish. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities Include:
