Responsibilities

• Assist the Programme Manager in managing routine grounds maintenance.
• Engage positively with visitors and users of the centre.
• Perform lawn care, including mowing, edging, and fertilising.
• Maintain plants through pruning and caring.
• Apply pesticides and fertilisers for pest management.
• Remove litter from the grounds.
• Manage seasonal duties like gritting paths in winter.
• Ensure all equipment is maintained and report any faults.
