Title: Groundcare Service Technician

Location: Saxmundham

Hours: 39 hours per week (Monday–Friday) + Overtime Available

Salary: £12.50‑£16ph + Company Vehicle

The Role: Reporting to the Service Manager, you’ll be responsible for the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of a wide range of groundcare equipment. This is a mobile role that involves travel to customer sites, delivering expert technical support and top-tier service.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs and servicing on a variety of groundcare machinery
• Using modern diagnostic software for hydraulic and electrical systems
• Performing on‑site maintenance and repairs for customer equipment
• Providing excellent customer service both in‑person and over the phone
• Travelling to customer locations as part of a mobile support team

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with domestic or professional grass machinery (desirable)
• Familiarity with garden, utility, or small agricultural equipment
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Comfortable using diagnostic tools and computer systems
• Full UK driving licence required
