We’re looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Groundcare Sales Representative to join our established team at our Head Office in Ulting, Essex.

Reporting directly to the General Groundcare Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the sale of Groundcare equipment in a designated area that includes Essex within the M25. There is an opportunity to grow market share within an existing well maintained and active customer base.

What You’ll Do
  • Meet and exceed sales targets for specific Groundcare franchises in your designated area.
  • Build and manage strong customer relationships – face-to-face, over the phone, and via email.
  • Maintain and grow existing customer accounts.
  • Identify new opportunities to increase sales and market share.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience that reflects our brand values.
  • Liaise with suppliers and attend customer-focused events.
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge by attending training courses.
  • Maintain a clean, safe and professional vehicle at all times.
  • Follow company procedures and health & safety policies.
What We’re Looking For
  • Solid knowledge of the Groundcare industry and equipment.
  • Proven track record in sales with the ability to hit and exceed targets.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Confident in influencing, persuading, and closing deals.
  • Able to demonstrate equipment where required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Organised with good administrative skills.
  • Smart, presentable, and professional in appearance.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Good general level of health and fitness.
Additional Information
  • Start Date: Immediate, but subject to successful candidates notice period
  • Hours: 42.5 hours per week – 8am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday (1 hour unpaid lunch).
  • Salary:
  • ompetitive, dependent upon experience, plus commission, company vehicle and company phone
