Supporting the station manager on all aspects of operational delivery at your designated Airport(s) with a focus on continuous improvement. To deliver a consistently outstanding safe and compliant operation leading and motivating staff by example.
Ensure that KPI’s are delivered through effective utilisation of facilities, services and staff resources. And to support the growth of the business and service through continued professional developing of a trained workforce, obtaining excellent value for money on expenditure and good management of budgetary spend.
Support on the compliance with Civil Aviation Authorities (CAA), European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA),Health & Safety Executive (HSE), Environment Agency (EA), Department for Transport (DfT) legislation and regulations and PrimeFlight Group policies and procedures
