Job description

Class 1 Personnel are looking to recruit a Ground Maintenance Operatives to work with a client based in Derby.

Working as part of a busy team, the purpose of the Ground Maintenance Operative is to carry out a range of horticultural duties to support the running of the contract. This includes grass cutting, hedge cutting, spraying, and general grounds maintenance duties as required.

• Grounds Maintenance Operative : Perform routine and specialised ground maintenance operative tasks, including litter picking, mowing, strimming, hedge cutting, spraying, and pruning, whilst adhering to best practices.

• Capability to perform physically demanding tasks.
• A sound understanding of Health and Safety practices.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Comfortable working outside, in all weathers

Working Monday to Friday 07 : 00to 15 : 30 £12.21ph, ongoing temp role to cover sickness.

This is being offered as an ongoing temporary position in Derby. You must have a valid in date Enhanced DBS certificate.
