Job summary

Premier Inn Uttoxeter is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member to warmly welcome guests, assist with check-in, and help with breakfast or dinner service. You’ll answer questions, resolve issues and keep public areas tidy to ensure a smooth guest stay.

Roles involve shifting during evenings and weekends, with training provided and opportunities to develop within Premier Inn. A friendly, proactive approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Friendly and customer-focused attitude at all times.
• Ability to stay calm and professional during busy periods.
• Willingness to learn the Premier Inn service standards.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in

We're currently recruiting in our Uttoxeter Premier Inn. Working 16 hours per week, paying up to £13.06 per hour.

Ground Floor Team Member – UttoxeterPremier Inn

You are the first person many of our guests meet. And often the last before they leave.

As a Ground Floor Team Member, you’ll welcome guests, help them check in, answer questions, serve breakfast or dinner and do whatever it takes to help their stay go smoothly.

No two shifts are quite the same. One moment you could be helping a family check in before their holiday. The next you might be serving breakfast, recommending somewhere local to eat or helping solve a problem for a guest.

Pay, hours and location

Pay: Up to £13.06 per hour

Shifts:Includes evenings, weekends and busy guest periods.

What you’ll do

As a Ground Floor Team Member, no two shifts look exactly the same.

Depending on where you’re needed, you might:

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure

This isn’t a role where you'll spend your shift in one place. You’ll be helping guests, supporting teammates and keeping the hotel running smoothly.

Some of our best Ground Floor Team Members have joined us from retail, cafés, pubs, restaurants, leisure, travel and customer service.
