Job summary

Premier Inn is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member for Bridgwater Gateway (M5, J24). You will welcome guests, assist with check-ins, and help with breakfast or dinner service while delivering a smooth guest experience.

Shifts include evenings, weekends and busy periods. Training is provided, with opportunities to learn across the hotel and grow within the Premier Inn family.

Qualifications

• Friendly, enjoy helping people and can stay calm when it’s busy.
• Shifts vary and you’ll handle multiple guest needs throughout a shift.
• Experience in hospitality or retail is beneficial but not required, with on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in.
• Serve breakfast or dinner as needed.
• Answer questions and help solve problems for guests.
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas clean and welcoming.
• Support teammates across the hotel when busy.

We're currently recruiting in our Bridgwater Gateway (M5, J24) Premier Inn. Working 22 hours per week, paying up to £13.06 per hour.

Ground Floor Team Member – Bridgwater Gateway (M5, J24) Premier Inn

You are the first person many of our guests meet. And often the last before they leave.

As a Ground Floor Team Member, you’ll welcome guests, help them check in, answer questions, serve breakfast or dinner and do whatever it takes to help their stay go smoothly.

No two shifts are quite the same. One moment you could be helping a family check in before their holiday. The next you might be serving breakfast, recommending somewhere local to eat or helping solve a problem for a guest.

Pay, hours and location

Pay: Up to £13.06 per hour

Shifts:Includes evenings, weekends and busy guest periods.

What you’ll do

As a Ground Floor Team Member, no two shifts look exactly the same.

Depending on where you’re needed, you might:

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure

This isn’t a role where you'll spend your shift in one place. You’ll be helping guests, supporting teammates and keeping the hotel running smoothly.

Some of our best Ground Floor Team Members have joined us from retail, cafés, pubs, restaurants, leisure, travel and customer service.
