Job summary

Premier Inn London St Pancras is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member to welcome guests, assist with check-in, and help serve breakfast or dinner while keeping the hotel running smoothly.

No hotel experience is required; friendly individuals who stay calm in busy times will be trained to cover shifts, including evenings and weekends. Fixed term contract and 24 hours per week at Clifton House, London.

Job description

Ground Floor Team Member – London St Pancras Premier Inn

You are the first person many of our guests meet. And often the last before they leave.

As a Ground Floor Team Member, you’ll welcome guests, help them check in, answer questions, serve breakfast or dinner and do whatever it takes to help their stay go smoothly.

No two shifts are quite the same. One moment you could be helping a family check in before their holiday. The next you might be serving breakfast, recommending somewhere local to eat or helping solve a problem for a guest.

Pay, hours and location

Pay: Up to £14.56 per hour

Contract: Fixed term until 02/01/2027

Hours: 24 guaranteed hours per week.

Location: Clifton House, 88 Euston Road, Euston, London, NW1 2RA

Shifts: Includes evenings, weekends and busy guest periods.

What you’ll do

As a Ground Floor Team Member, no two shifts look exactly the same.

Depending on where you’re needed, you might:

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including working behind the bar and serving alcoholic drinks
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure

This isn’t a role where you'll spend your shift in one place. You’ll be helping guests, supporting teammates and keeping the hotel running smoothly.

You don’t need hotel experience

Some of our best Ground Floor Team Members have joined us from retail, cafés, pubs, restaurants, leisure, travel and customer service.
