Job summary

Premier Inn Bangor is recruiting for a Ground Floor Team Member to greet guests, assist with check-in and service breakfast or dinner. You will help ensure guest stays run smoothly and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere across common areas.

The role is 20 hours per week with shifts including evenings and weekends, based at Menai Business Park, Bangor, North Wales. You’ll work with a team focused on great guest experiences and calm, friendly service.

We're currently recruiting in our Bangor (Gwynedd, North Wales) Premier Inn. Working 20 hours per week, paying up to £13.06 per hour.

Ground Floor Team Member – Bangor (Gwynedd, North Wales) Premier Inn

You are the first person many of our guests meet. And often the last before they leave.

As a Ground Floor Team Member, you'll welcome guests, help them check in, answer questions, serve breakfast or dinner and do whatever it takes to help their stay go smoothly.

No two shifts are quite the same. One moment you could be helping a family check in before their holiday. The next you might be serving breakfast, recommending somewhere local to eat or helping solve a problem for a guest.

Pay, hours and location

Pay: Up to £13.06 per hour

Location: Menai Business Park, Bangor, North Wales, LL57 4FA

Shifts:Includes evenings, weekends and busy guest periods.

What you'll do

As a Ground Floor Team Member, no two shifts look exactly the same.

Depending on where you're needed, you might:

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure

This isn’t a role where you'll spend your shift in one place. You'll be helping guests, supporting teammates and keeping the hotel running smoothly.

Some of our best Ground Floor Team Members have joined us from retail, cafés, pubs, restaurants, leisure, travel and customer service.
