A growing family-owned food manufacturing business in London is seeking a Finance Business Partner to oversee Grocery P&L, including financial reporting and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with relevant commercial business partnering experience in the FMCG sector. Strong Excel skills and the ability to analyze large datasets are essential. This role offers the opportunity to drive finance capabilities and process improvements within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Post qualification experience in finance.
• Experience in FMCG or Grocery sectors.
• Ability to produce financial models.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of Grocery P&L including financials.
• Produce weekly and monthly KPI reporting.
• Support in strategic 5-year planning for the grocery unit.
