Job summary

Mitie Landscapes is seeking a Gritting Operative to support winter services across Hemel Hempstead and surrounding towns. You will join a field team responsible for gritting at multiple sites in your regional area, helping keep routes safe during icy periods.

You will drive a company van with a gritting hopper, load salt, and apply it efficiently while maintaining safety standards. A Full UK Driving Licence and comfort with smartphone tech are essential.

Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will be supporting Winter Services, carrying out gritting on various sites, throughout the Winter period ensuring you deliver the exceptional every day.
