This chef ensures that dishes like Adana kebab, shish kebab, lamb chops, chicken wings, koftas, and grilled vegetables are cooked to perfection, seasoned properly, and presented with consistency and authenticity. Prepare and grill various meats and poultry items according to traditional Turkish and Indian methods.
Handle marinetion, skewering, portioning, and seasoning of kebabs, breads and grilled items.
Cook on open flame, charcoal, or gas grills while monitoring temperature and doneness.
Prepare grilled vegetables, pride, or flatbreads as required by the Turkish/Indian menu.
