Job summary

Honest Burgers is seeking a Grill Chef to manage the grill section with a focus on fresh food and classic hospitality. You will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to uphold kitchen standards, health & safety, and food quality.

Successful candidates progress to Grill Master after probation, with opportunities for advancement and a culture that rewards loyalty and positivity. The role offers full or part-time contracted hours and the chance to contribute to a growing team.

Qualifications

• Runs the grill section and maintains high standards of food quality.
• Manages health & safety compliance in the kitchen.
• Meets and works toward KPI targets for the restaurant.
• Assists in developing junior team members.
• Shares responsibility for stock and COGS management.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and food safety rules.
