Are you an organised and empathetic person who enjoys working with communities and supporting others to thrive?

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Greenwich Older Nepalese Women Group, a programme designed to improve health, wellbeing, and social connection for Nepalese women aged 50+ living in Greenwich.

This role involves developing and delivering a meaningful programme of weekly group sessions, community activities, and outings, alongside working closely with volunteers, community partners, and local services. You will build trusted relationships with women who may be isolated or face barriers to accessing support, helping them connect with both their community and wider Age UK Bromley & Greenwich services.

You will also support the coordination of volunteers, promote the programme through a range of channels, and contribute to monitoring and evaluation by maintaining accurate records and capturing the impact of the work through case studies and reporting.

If you are passionate about community development and want to play a hands‑on role in shaping a culturally sensitive programme that responds to real needs, we would love to hear from you.
