Remedy Education is recruiting a dedicated Primary SEN Teaching Assistant to join a Greenwich-based school. The role focuses on supporting KS2 pupils with a range of SEN in a nurturing, inclusive environment.

You will work closely with teachers, therapists and specialists to deliver tailored support, with responsibilities including assisting learning activities, monitoring progress, and promoting safeguarding and wellbeing on a daily basis.

Qualifications

  • Caring, patient and compassionate, with a passion for supporting pupils with SEN.
  • Confident supporting children with different communication styles and needs.
  • Calm, adaptable and resilient, with a positive approach to challenges.
  • Creative and enthusiastic, with a focus on making learning engaging.
  • Experience with Autism, ADHD or complex needs is desirable, but not essential.
  • Committed to safeguarding, pupil wellbeing and inclusion.
  • Respectful of and willing to support the school's Jewish ethos and values.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with teachers, therapists and specialist staff to deliver tailored support
