Job summary

Carrington West are currently recruiting for a Cyclical Maintenance Lead, with highway experience, to support a busy client in Cambridgeshire. This is a contract position, initially for 6‑12 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Undertake cyclical maintenance activities including verge cutting, weedkilling, and vegetation management/clearance.
• Management responsibilities for a team of officers responsible for planning these varied programmes of works at the appropriate frequencies across circa 3,000 km of highway.
• Support, train and advise the team and act as a point of escalation for complex cases.
