Job summary

Prysmian invites energetic individuals to kick off a career in project management as an Apprentice Project Manager on the EGL1 renewable energy project in the UK. Qualifications

• Ages 16–18; eager to learn and develop in PM, engineering or construction.
• Willingness to learn and commit to a degree-level qualification in Project Management.

Responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day coordination of project activities.
• Attend team meetings and record actions, decisions and project updates.
• Help monitor project progress against milestones and deadlines.
• Assist with maintaining project documentation, records and reports.
• Learn how project schedules and delivery plans are developed and managed.
• Support communication between engineers, construction teams, subcontractors and clients.
• Visit project sites to understand construction activities, engineering processes and safety requirements.
• Help organise meetings, workshops and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Assist in tracking project risks, issues and opportunities.
• Support preparation of presentations, dashboards and progress reports.
• Learn how budgets, resources and costs are monitored and controlled.
