Job summary

Rogo is seeking a GRC Analyst to support customer trust, security assurance, and privacy programs as we scale globally. You will work with security, engineering, legal, and GTM teams to ensure controls and risk posture are clearly communicated to customers and partners.

This role requires translating complex security concepts into clear responses, contributing to audits, and driving continuous improvement across UK/EU/US frameworks.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting customer-facing security, compliance, or trust functions in SaaS/cloud.
• Ability to translate technical security concepts into concise responses.
• Understanding of cloud security, access control, data protection, incident response.

Responsibilities

• Support customer trust and security assurance processes and responses.
• Act as a point of contact for customer security reviews with internal teams.
• Maintain and improve security documentation and evidence materials.
• Collaborate with security and engineering to describe controls to customers.
• Assist with compliance initiatives (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.).
• Identify gaps from inquiries and improve trust/compliance workflows.
