Job summary

BCM One in London offers a Fall/Winter GRC internship designed to give hands-on experience across governance, risk management, and compliance. You will work with global teams to support vendor assessments, policy maintenance, and audits within a hybrid/remote London-based schedule.

The internship targets students in Cyber Security, IT, Law, or related fields, with strong organization and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Rising senior pursuing a relevant degree.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to analyze information and clearly document findings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Teams).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Support third-party risk management activities, including vendor assessments and tracking remediation actions.
• Research security, privacy, compliance, and business continuity requirements and prepare summaries and gap analyses.
• Assist with maintaining governance documentation, including policies and procedures.
• Support audit readiness activities and evidence collection for certifications and assessments.
• Help organize and maintain Information Security and Compliance records and reporting materials.
• Assist in identifying opportunities to improve GRC processes and efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Information Security, IT, Privacy, Legal, and Operations teams.
