Job summary

Radiant is expanding its Governance, Risk & Compliance function, building a new programme from the ground up. You will project manage a wide-ranging compliance initiative, collaborating with a Principal Security Engineer to shape the security posture and evidence trails.

You'll automate manual processes, coordinate audits, and help grow the program as Radiant expands into data centre and powered-land infrastructure, with oversight from Brookfield governance frameworks.

Qualifications

• Solid UK GDPR and data protection experience.
• Curiosity about how controls actually work and the journey behind them.
• Hyper-organised with the ability to run multiple concurrent workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end management of the compliance programme, supporting audits and policy lifecycle.
• Coordinate data protection operations and training with UK GDPR at the core.
• Automate ad hoc processes for evidence collection and policy tracking.
• Oversee business continuity and Major Incident process, including testing.
• Support AI governance policies and regulatory developments (EU AI Act).
• Coordinate health & safety compliance for physical premises and data centres.
• Partner with Finance and Engineering leadership on KYC and control documentation.
• Align Code of Conduct and Brookfield policies across the function.
• Contribute to roadmap items like due diligence, export controls, and ESG governance.
