Job summary

Alpine Racing Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking a Graphics Technician to join the Paint & Graphics team, supporting preparation, production and application of high-quality graphics and decals for race car components. You will work to demanding deadlines, ensuring colour accuracy and brand compliance across factory and trackside settings.

The role requires hands-on graphics installation experience, knowledge of finishing techniques, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Roland

Qualifications

• Proven graphics installer experience in high-performance settings.
• Hands-on vinyl graphics, wraps and protective films on composites.
• Knowledge of graphics production processes and finishing techniques.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Roland printers.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and clean carbon fibre and composite components prior to graphics.
• Produce and finish high-spec graphics and decals.
• Monitor decal colours for consistent matching.
• Quality inspections to meet brand standards and remove defects.
• Manage graphics stock and trackside requests.
• Book trackside requirements via AEI booking system.
• Collaborate with Head of Paint & Graphics, Head of Brand Identity, Production and Race Team.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Graphics Technician to join our Paint & Graphics team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced Formula One environment, supporting the preparation, production and application of high-quality graphics and decals for race car components. Working to demanding deadlines, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of quality, colour accuracy and brand compliance across all graphic applications, both factory-based and trackside.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and clean carbon fibre and composite components prior to the application of graphics and livery.
• Produce, prepare and finish high-specification graphics and decals using printers, cutters, laminators and associated equipment.
• Monitor decal colours to ensure consistent colour matching throughout the season.
• Carry out quality inspections to ensure all graphics meet brand standards and are free from defects.
• Support race team requirements by managing graphics stock replenishment and trackside requests.
• Book trackside requirements through the AEI booking system.
• Work collaboratively with the Head of Paint & Graphics, Head of Brand Identity, Production and Race Team personnel.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Proven experience as a graphics installer, ideally within a high-performance or fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Extensive hands‑on experience applying vinyl graphics, wraps and paint protection films to composite components.
• Strong knowledge of graphics production processes and finishing techniques.
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Roland printers, cutters and associated graphics software.
• The ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications relating to graphics requirements.
