The Role

As a Graphic Designer, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll be at the heart of our creative operations, producing impactful visual content that supports critical defence communications. This is a unique opportunity to apply your design expertise in a meaningful way, contributing to national security while growing your career in a dynamic and purpose driven environment.

Day-to-day, you’ll be:

  • Creating graphic design artwork in line with customer requirements and MOD policies
  • Supporting contract delivery through administrative tasks within your capability
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to meet project deadlines
  • Reporting any incidents or near-misses promptly to line management
  • Assisting with other reasonable tasks as directed by your line manager

This role is full time, 37 hours per week and is based on site at RAF Wyton.

Essential experience of the Graphic Designer:

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Previous experience working in a design studio
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload

Qualifications for the Graphic Designer:

  • HND in Graphic Design or equivalent

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) / Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
