We’re now looking for a creative, hands‑on Graphic & Digital Design Executive to shape and evolve how our brand looks, feels, and communicates across every channel. You’ll play a key role in bringing our visual identity to life, from eye‑catching social content and digital campaigns to videos, event collateral, and brand storytelling.

You’ll work closely with our Marketing Director and collaborate across teams in the UK and Spain to deliver high‑impact content that inspires engagement and builds our brand presence across the Workday ecosystem.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead on all design output, from social media graphics and web visuals to brochures, event stands, and digital ads.
  • Develop creative concepts that bring our campaigns, announcements, and brand stories to life.
  • Design and produce marketing assets using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and InDesign.
  • Collaborate with our Marketing Director to plan and execute creative campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Contribute to video and podcast production, including storyboarding, motion graphics, and on‑screen visuals.
  • Maintain and evolve our visual identity, ensuring brand consistency across all content.
  • Keep our website fresh with updated visuals, banners, and engaging layouts.
  • Support the wider business (recruitment, sales, and consulting teams) with creative collateral and pitch materials.
  • Use digital marketing know‑how (SEO, email campaigns, social analytics) to ensure your designs drive visibility and engagement.
  • Represent Lucas Kennedy at events, capturing creative content, photography, and visuals from expos and conferences.
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years’ experience in a creative or digital marketing role, ideally within consulting, recruitment, or professional services.
  • A portfolio of design work showcasing creativity, layout, and attention to detail across digital and print.
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva.
  • A natural eye for brand, typography, and storytelling through design.
  • Knowledge of social media strategy, digital content planning, and SEO best practice.
  • Confident, outgoing personality, comfortable representing the brand in content, events, and video.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple creative projects and deadlines.
  • Willing to travel to UK and European events to support brand and content activity.
  • Collaborative mindset, excited to work with both the UK and Spanish teams.
