Job summary

Medly AI is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our London team on-site. You will design across product UI and marketing, ensuring brand consistency as we scale. You’ll work closely with founders, designers, and engineers to craft assets from concept to production.

You’ll contribute to brand identity and system evolution, with strong emphasis on typography, color, and layout. This role suits someone who moves fast, defends their design choices, and thrives in a startup environment.

Qualifications

• Portfolio of graphic, brand, or visual design work showing taste and attention to detail
• Degree from a leading university; hybrid backgrounds valued
• Recent graduate or up to ~3 years of experience
• Freelance/client work alongside study or early career to show ability to meet briefs
• Strong fundamentals: hierarchy, grid, type, colour, composition
• Proficient in Figma; comfortable with Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign
• Keen to learn fast and take feedback well

Responsibilities

• Design UI for new and existing features in the learning app with product/engineer teams
• Produce marketing and brand assets (social, paid creative, landing pages, decks, print, merch)
• Work within design system in Figma and help extend it
• Take briefs from rough idea to production-ready artwork quickly
• Develop visual identity: typography, colour, illustration, iconography, brand rules
• Scale designs across formats, platforms, sizes without losing detail
• Incorporate feedback from team, users, and performance data
