About the Role
Join our luxury property development team as a Graphic Designer, creating compelling visual content across our premium residential developments in East London. This varied role spans Sales & Marketing, Communications, and People functions, working on multiple projects simultaneously to deliver high-quality design for both internal teams and external audiences.
What You'll Be Doing
- Development marketing materials: Design brochures, sales literature, site hoardings, show home materials, and digital assets that bring our luxury developments to life
- Multi-channel content: Produce print and digital collateral including newsletters, event invitations, leaflets, adverts, PowerPoint presentations, case studies, website assets, and social media content
- Internal communications: Develop engaging visual identity for employee programmes, recognition schemes, wellness initiatives, diversity networks, and internal events
- People & recruitment design: Create new starter packs, guides, job descriptions, recruitment materials, onboarding content, and training programme assets
- Collaboration: Work closely with Sales & Marketing, People, Land & Planning, Social Value, and Communications teams to deliver impactful designs
- Brand management: Ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied across all materials and standardise branding approach company-wide
- Digital campaigns: Support email marketing campaigns and develop engaging content for social media and websites
What We're Looking For
- Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Strong design fundamentals: layout, composition, colour theory, typography
- Experience with stock imagery and print production techniques
- Creative problem-solver with excellent attention to detail
- Self-motivated multi-tasker who thrives on variety
