Pitch Ltd, based in the Midlands, is seeking a versatile graphic designer to join its London-leaning creative division. The role offers Midlands-based work with occasional travels to London for client sessions and regular catch-ups with a fellow regional designer.
You’ll contribute to a wide range of projects from print to digital, develop concepts, and deliver production-ready artwork across multiple brands. A strong portfolio and Adobe CC mastery are essential.
+ Midlands-based - 1 day a month in London.
We have the pleasure of working with a hugely impressive London-based agency that is looking to bolster their creative division with some Midlands-based talent. You read that right – it seems Brummies just deliver better creative!
The agency works in a niche area of marketing, which means the creative output is incredibly varied. From printed collateral and event design to digital assets, social media creative, landing pages, exhibition graphics, presentations and marketing campaigns – the list goes on and on!
This role will suit a designer who loves variety, enjoys working across multiple projects and creative disciplines, and isn't afraid to have a go at something new.
They're looking for someone who can bring both conceptual thinking and strong hands‑on design skills to the table. The agency isn't massive, so you'll need to be just as comfortable coming up with the big ideas as you are rolling up your sleeves and delivering the work.
Working closely with an experienced Creative Director, you'll have the opportunity to get involved in a huge variety of projects, including:
You'll ideally have around 3–5 years' experience in graphic design, gained within an agency environment. Agency experience is a must for this one!
You'll be a confident all-rounder with a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to work across different brands, styles and creative disciplines.
Strong Adobe Creative Cloud skills are essential, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, alongside a good understanding of print production and digital design.
Experience with motion graphics, animation, Figma or AI design tools would be a bonus, but they're equally interested in someone who's curious, willing to learn and keen to develop new skills.
Above all, they're looking for someone with a great attitude, strong attention to detail and the confidence to contribute ideas rather than simply follow a brief.
You can work remotely from the Midlands, with occasional visits to the London office and regular catch‑ups with your fellow creative, who's also based in the region.
The client portfolio is seriously impressive, featuring major names across automotive, technology and retail – the kind of brands you want on your CV!
There's also genuine opportunity to develop. You'll work closely with an experienced Creative Director who is committed to helping you grow, with a clear route towards Senior Designer and beyond.
Add to that private healthcare, 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays, a discretionary bonus, enhanced family leave, and a great agency culture, and this is a brilliant opportunity.
