Salary:

Graphic Designer – Warwick – Hybrid working (3 days per week on site)

Responsibilities
  • Delivering high‑quality design and artwork across digital, print, and social media, aligned with Wolseley brand standards.
  • Interpreting briefs confidently, collaborating with stakeholders to clarify needs and proposing creative solutions.
  • Supporting the Studio Manager in maintaining best practices.
  • Juggling multiple projects effectively, flagging risks and helping colleagues meet deadlines.
  • Contributing to the development of image libraries, branding assets, and creative direction.

This is a full‑time, permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.

And here’s what we’d like you to have:
  • Fluency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is a must. Experience with Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro, Figma, or other AI tools is a bonus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate their creative vision, concepts, and solutions clearly and effectively to stakeholders and internal teams.
  • A ‘can do’ approach to collaboration, accepting and understanding feedback and how to turn that feedback into actionable solutions.
  • Ability to support the Studio Manager in mentoring less‑experienced members of the team and helping guide them creatively.
  • Experience creating print‑ready artwork with a high degree of accuracy and strong proofing skills.
