The Vacancy

In our Graphic Designer role, you’ll create impactful content across digital and print channels, bringing the Amplius brand to life through engaging campaigns, social media, and internal communications. You'll collaborate closely with the marketing team, turning briefs into visually compelling stories while ensuring brand consistency and delivering high‑quality creative work in a fast‑paced environment.

Location

Hybrid working, with occasional travel to either of our offices based in Milton Keynes, Peterborough, Rushden or Boston approximately once or twice a month.

Salary

Up to £38,000 per year

Contract

Permanent – Full‑Time

Your week

36.25 hours p/week (9am – 5.15pm Monday to Friday, with 1‑hour lunch)

Snapshot of your role

This is what your day will look like as our Graphic Designer:

  • Design and deliver engaging, on‑brand visual content for digital, print and social platforms.
  • Work with the Senior Graphic Designer and Head of Marketing and Brand to further evolve the visual identity.
  • Work collaboratively across the Communications and Marketing team to support design needs for campaigns and projects.
  • Manage multiple design tasks at a time, balancing creative quality with deadlines.
Your toolkit for success

To thrive in our Graphic Designer role, you’ll need:

  • Ability to manage multiple design briefs and meet deadlines.
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Premiere Pro.
  • Ability to translate briefs into visually compelling content.
  • Collaborative: thrives in team environments and welcomes feedback.
