What you’ll be doing

• Design with purpose: Create meaningful, impactful visual assets for national campaigns and communications.
• Collaborate closely: Work alongside marketing colleagues across campaigns, social media, digital and CRM to bring creative ideas to life.
• Champion our brand: Keep our visual identity consistent, while making sure designs reflect local communities and audiences.
• Grow and evolve: Bring fresh, contemporary ideas to help our brand stay ahead of the curve.
• Refine and deliver: Listen to feedback, build on ideas, and produce thoughtful, high-quality design work across print and digital.

What we’re looking for

• A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in a design role, ideally within marketing or advertising.
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• A portfolio that shows your creativity, adaptability and understanding of branding.
• Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to share ideas clearly and collaboratively.
• A genuine passion for storytelling through design and making a positive impact.
