About The Role

We're on the lookout for a creative, detail-obsessed Graphic Designer to join our growing team at For Everyone Group. You’ll be working across our exciting portfolio of brands from the future of EV charging with evec, to stylish kitchen appliances with SIA, and essential medical refrigeration with CoolMed.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a designer with at least 2 years experience who’s ready to take ownership of projects, bring fresh ideas to the table, and help shape the visual identity of brands that are making a real impact.

You’ll be creating everything from social media graphics and digital ads to packaging, brochures, and web assets. If you live and breathe design, love turning ideas into visuals, and want to be part of a collaborative, fast-moving team we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design engaging visual content for digital and print across all brands.
  • Creating a mix of digital and printed assets for websites, social media, email campaigns, packaging, brochure design and more.
  • A good understanding of layout, typography and graphic design fundamentals
  • A strong understanding of Print and Digital design requirements
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to bring campaigns to life.
  • Work with brand guidelines and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines with confidence.
  • Bring designs to life through animation/motion graphics
  • In-house photoshoot support: creative eye for styling, industry trends, and collaborating/brainstorming ideas to support with social content
  • Photo re‑touching and editing
What We’re Looking For
  • At least 2 years of experience in a graphic design role.
  • Strong portfolio that shows off your creativity and design thinking.
  • Confident using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • A self‑starter who can work independently and bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Passionate about design and excited to grow with our brands.
  • Great attention to detail and a love for clean, effective design.
  • Animation skills
  • Video editing experience is a bonus

Role Recruitment Process
