About the role

Amplius is a mission‑driven social housing provider prioritising tenant safety, sustainability, and smart property investment. We are looking for a Graphic Designer to create impactful digital and print content that brings the Amplius brand to life.

Job Details

Salary: Up to £38,000 per year

Contract: Permanent Full‑Time

Location: Hybrid working – offices in Milton Keynes, Peterborough, Rushden or Boston. Travel to an office once or twice a month.

Hours: 36.25 hours per week (9 am–5:15 pm, Monday–Friday, 1 hour lunch).

  • Design and deliver engaging, on‑brand visual content for digital, print and social platforms.
  • Work with the Senior Graphic Designer and Head of Marketing and Brand to evolve the visual identity.
  • Collaborate with the Communications and Marketing team to support campaigns and projects.
  • Manage multiple design tasks simultaneously, balancing quality with deadlines.
